Yes, you can buy a house as a freelancer.
Hey everyone,
Welcome to Spring! We are still facing cold temperatures here in Oregon (lots of shoulder season hikes with snow in the mix) but I’m excited to get some of that good spring energy back in the mix.
As you may have heard, over the course of the next few months, Wudan and I will still be releasing TWC episodes and resources for y’all! Today’s episode, the first new episode of season 5, is about buying a house as a self-employed person. Serendipitously, we both went through the process at the same time, in very different locations. We talked about what kinds of things you’ll need if you, too, want to buy property someday as a small business owner.
You’ll find that episode on Spotify, Apple, or wherever else you podcast.
Spoiler alert: The house-buying process is a mess, the market is crazy, but buying a house is possible if you have support and get your business paperwork together!
