This Thursday, as part of the National Association of Science Writers’ Freelance Committee’s Business chat, I’ll be talking about small business structures: sole proprietorship vs. setting yourself up as a LLC or S-Corp. What are the legal and/or tax implications? How do you go about setting up bank accounts, payroll, and more?
