It’s super hard to learn how to be strategic with your marketing. In my own editorial business, it took me probably about 7 years to figure it out. Then, I founded this podcast, which poses marketing challenges of its own. (Not to mention, how I market for this podcast is vastly different from how I market for my own business!)
There’s a lot of noise out there about how you *should* be marketing. And it took me a while to realize that there’s a lot of value in learning terms and methodologies used by marketing teams for years and years.
Lead generation is one of those concepts.
When I first heard Lex Roman talk about it, I knew I had to have her own for a TWC webinar. She breaks down these otherwise obscure marketing terms into something understandable and relatable, and gives us concrete steps on figuring out what our unique lead generation methods should be.
